Quest Example
My first is a model in a slinky dress.
She's earthy, she's cold, she is liquid express.
The second you will find as you take a dip
And then watch T.V., within reach of a chip.
My whole, if you've gone off to College, you know.
Watch out for the drivers - the road they'll forgo.

Solution and Explanation
SPRING

A certain kind, or model, of spring is called a Slinky.  A spring can also be a cold water (liquid) source bubbling, or being expressed, from the earth.

DALE

A dale is a dip in the land.  On the Disney animated cartoon, which can be seen on television, Dale is one half of the duo, Chip and Dale.

SPRING + DALE = SPRINGDALE

The road leading to the Graduate College is called Springdale.  It passes by the Springdale Golf Course, where drivers (a type of golf club) are found on the golf course, not on the road (hopefully).
