Coleen leads the CFR team at Princeton. She has more than 25 years of experience spanning the higher education, philanthropic, corporate and government sectors. Coleen comes from Northwestern University, where she worked in foundation relations and as senior director of corporate engagement. Previously, she worked at the Harris School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago. Coleen has extensive experience in government and has served on the city council of Evanston, Illinois, as well as on the city's planning commission. She also has held positions with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Denver and with the St. Louis County Government. She has served as a board member of several community-focused organizations.

Dean R. Edelman
Dean seeks to establish and nurture relationships between foundations and Princeton researchers who share complementary objectives. He has extensive experience in both established and start-up entities. A co-founder of several Princeton nonprofits, he previously held senior private sector business development and operations management positions. Dean earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from Boston University.
Kelly works to build stronger relations with foundations in support of faculty research and University priorities, with a focus on the humanities, social sciences and diversity initiatives. She most recently served as manager of corporate, foundation and government relations at the Princeton University Art Museum. Prior to coming to Princeton, she supported development efforts at Kingsborough Community College, New York University Stern School of Business, and the Bard Graduate Center. Kelly holds a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from Stanford University and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
Mike supports the development of strong, balanced relationships among faculty researchers, foundations, and the University. Prior to joining CFR, Mike worked in digital learning at multinational educational for-profits Pearson and McGraw-Hill and led U.S. operations for a developer of digital content. Mike has his M.A. in English from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his B.A. from The University of Alabama.
CFR Research and Operations
Rajiv leads the Research and Operations team, managing the office's Sales Cloud CRM application and other strategic information resources, as well as prospect research, analytics, financial reporting, and stewardship activities. He came to Princeton in 2010 from the consulting industry with extensive experience in economic, financial, and industry analysis. His prior consulting engagements included the valuation of business enterprises, equity interests and intangible assets. Rajiv has a MBA in information management and finance from Rutgers Business School, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) in India. He has completed the Management Development Certificate Program at Princeton and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Pamela Berchtold works within CFR to oversee the proper recording of all corporate and foundation gifts to Princeton University. In this position, she serves as the first point of contact for University departments with inquiries on corporate or foundation giving. Pam joined the University in 1999 bringing with her more than 20 years experience working within an office environment. She has been with CFR since 2002.
