Ambassador Halevy is a former chief of Mossad, the national intelligence agency of Israel. He has served as a personal envoy for five successive Prime Minsters of Israel, and was involved in a special mission conducted by Prime Imister Rabin to foster the Israel-Jordan Treaty of Peace.
