Dror Futter's practice focuses on counseling startups and technology companies about financing transactions, intellectual property law and technology agreements. Prior to joining SorinRand, he was the General Counsel of a venture-backed software company, the General Counsel of a venture capital firm and a Corporate Counsel at Lucent Technologies. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law and a 1986 graduate of Princeton University.
