Graduate Student Peter DiMaggio awarded Jacobus Fellowship

Graduate student Peter DiMaggio was awarded a Porter Ogden Jacobus Fellowship for the 2008-09 academic year. Established in 1905 by Clara Cooley Jacobus, this fellowship is an honorific award reserved for four students who, in the judgment of the University faculty, demonstrate the highest scholarly excellence. Honorific fellowships recognize outstanding performance and professional promise, and represent high commendation from the Princeton University Graduate School. Mr. DiMaggio’s research is centered around the formulation and implementation of high-throughput algorithms for discovery through mass spectrometry-based proteomics and the development of optimal clustering methods for the analysis of large-scale systems biology and drug discovery data.
