University Website Requirements Reviews

All University sites should be reviewed before launch to ensure that they follow University branding requirements and usability best practices and have been made accessible to assistive devices

To do two weeks before launch

Contact the Office of Communications at to request:

  • a site review, 
  • new redirects to your site, if needed,
  • links to your site from the University's main website you would like updated at launch.

We ask to be sent sites two weeks ahead of launch because it often takes us a few business days to schedule and complete a review, and site developers usually want a few days after our review to incorporate our suggestions. Leaving it for the last minute may mean delaying your launch or launching with known bugs!
