Martin Luther King Celebration

Every year, the University celebrates the legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on campus in Richardson Auditorium of Alexander Hall. The inspirational program generally includes a keynote speaker, musical performances and awards to essay, poster and video contest winners from area schools. The event is free and open to the public.

The celebration is organized by a University-wide committee, and is co-convened by the Office of the Provost and the Office of Human Resources.
