Jill Jarvis
Jill Jarvis studies twentieth century African and African diasporic literature in French, English, and Arabic, with particular attention to Maghrebi texts and writers. Her research explores issues of translation, questions of modernity, the relation of anticolonial revolutions to postcolonial theory, and the transnational history of the novel.
