Robert Barton is originally from Columbia, South Carolina and graduated from Yale in 2011 with a B.A. in Literature. He studies 19th and 20th century prose written in French and English, with a focus on realist and early modernist novels and their critics. Robert is also interested in epic poetry, in particular Homer and Dante and their reception.
