Professor Ed Felton speaks at the Freshman Assembly about “TMI: Information, Identity and Privacy.” Professor Felton’s talk will also be live-streamed and accessible from the Web Media website at www.princeton.edu/webmedia and broadcast live to campus TV and on public TV, channel 7.

"FERPA and Data Privacy - Issues for Princeton Administrators"

Hannah Ross, of the Office of the General Counsel, recently gave a session on, "FERPA and Data Privacy - Issues for Princeton Administrators."

The two-hour session covered the basics of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, better known to most as “FERPA.” Hannah also highlighted the recent changes to FERPA laws that all administrative staff who handle student information at Princeton should know.
