Each university business application used by departments should have at least one DeSC Business Application Administrative Contact and one DeSC Business Application  Technical Contact. • DeSC Business Application Administrative Contacts communicate with business application DeSC testers. • DeSC Business Application Technical Contacts are consulted about technical issues that may be specific to your business application. They also help in testing software distributions.
