Purchasing New Computers
To purchase a MacDeSC Standard computer, log into the Princeton MarketPlace and select the Princeton Apple Store. New computers purchased through the Princeton Apple Store are charged against your department project/grant account.
For more details about buying from Dell through the Princeton Marketplace, review the information provided at the Princeton Marketplace or contact the OIT Helpdesk by calling 8-HELP or sending e-mail to email@example.com.
An MacDeSC general fund fee of $50.00 will be charged for every iMac placed in the MacDeSC environment. This fund is used to purchase software, OSX maintenance, support software development, and acquire other resources to support the MacDeSC environment.
