Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm*

*The last check-in at the OIT Solutions Center Tech Clinic is two hours prior to closing.

 

Software Support

    Software Support is arranged through the OIT Help Desk by calling 609-258-HELP (4357), by e‑mailing helpdesk@princeton.edu or by chatting online from the OIT website at www.princeton.edu/oit.
  • Software Support services at the OIT Solutions Center Tech Clinic

    Software Support services offered at the Tech Clinic are provided as a walk-in service. Note, the final appointment taken at the Tech Clinic is two hours prior to closing, which is 3:00 pm during the academic schedule and 2:30 pm during the summer schedule.

Hardware Support

Equipment can be dropped off for repair, upgrade, or networking setup Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We're closed on scheduled University holidays.
