Request Support
To request the services of OIT Software Support, contact the OIT Help Desk by calling (609) 258-HELP (4357), sending e-mail to helpdesk@princeton.edu or chatting online from the Live Chat link on the main OIT page.
If your issue requires an onsite field support visit, a Software Support staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment. Support appointments are conducted in your office, but other arrangements can be accommodated to support off-campus computers as long as the hardware is brought on campus. Software Support cannot make "house calls" or make visits to residences.
For questions about ongoing work requests, contact the Software Support staff member assigned to your request directly. If you do not know the staff member assigned to your Software Support request, contact the OIT Help Desk at (609) 258-HELP (4357).
