Tech Clinic
Students arriving on campus with questions that need in-person attention should go to the OIT Solutions Center at the Frist Campus Center, located on the 100 Level in rooms 111, 112, 113. Follow the signs from the Campus Mail Room, through the open doors by the North Stairs. See the Frist Center 100 Level Floor Plan for exact details.

The Solutions Center Tech Clinic offers a wide variety of in-person computer consulting services ranging from software diagnostics to hardware support. Open hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with the last check-in at 3:00 pm. to insure all problems are resolved by end of day. (During summer hours, the Tech Clinic closes at 4:30 pm with last check-in at 2:30 pm.); room 112 in Frist Campus Center.
The OIT Solutions Center Tech Clinic will only accept faculty and staff home/personal machines on Wednesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 9:00AM and 1:30PM.
Other Services at Frist Campus Center :
The Tech Depot in room 113 is the place to go to buy specially-priced software (for a full list of available software, please see software sales), hardware items and accessories such as power adapters, wireless cards, mice, and laptop security cables. Telephone Services in room 111 provides support for all student telephone, long-distance, and voice mail services. It is the central location of the cell phone, conference set and data card loaner programs. Open hours for the Tech Depot and Telephone Services are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
