Campus Community

Princeton is committed to building a campus climate and a working environment that empowers individuals to become productive members of its diverse community. The University has a rich blend of individuals who contribute to the educational purpose of the University, participate in campus activities and dialogue, and join in efforts to serve local communities. In addition to receiving intellectual engagement, employees enjoy support for work-life balance and career development.

The University's desire to be fair and inclusive means that employees are involved in University governance, such as with the Council of the Princeton University Community. Other campus centers and programs can be viewed in the Resources section of the website.
