Employee Resource Groups
The University strives to create a supportive community for all of its employees, and one of the ways it does so is through the recognition and funding of employee resource groups. These groups provide faculty and staff members with opportunities to meet people across campus in academic, cultural and social settings, and to connect in the spirit of community in comfortable situations. The organizations also create networks for collaboration and support.
