Diversity Working Group Reports

Employee survey

Currently, the Diversity Working Group (DWG) is sponsoring a confidential employee survey that will inform the efforts to strengthen and diversify the University’s workforce. This survey asks Princeton staff members to respond to questions about the fairness of employment practices, the openness of Princeton's culture, and the extent to which people’s ideas are sought, listened to and utilized in decision making. To ensure confidentiality, DWG partnered with an outside consulting firm, the Workforce Development Group, to administer the survey. Employee completion of the survey was scheduled to end by Nov. 27, 2006.
