Training Programs

Princeton offers training programs that help employees with professional development as well as courses that focus on equity and diversity issues in the workplace. The University also encourages employees to advance professionally by posting all open positions online. By providing these resources, Princeton nurtures the talents each individual brings to the campus and ensures that diversity is incorporated throughout the ranks of the University.

Training programs include the required “Preventing Sexual Harassment” program for all faculty and staff (University netID and password required), as well as diversity programs and workplace skills courses through the Learning and Development group in human resources. Onsite learning sessions on maintaining a respectful workplace and harassment and discrimination also are available upon request for managers, faculty and staff. Please contact Cheri Lawson, Director for Equal Opportunity Programs, at (609) 258-8504 to schedule a learning session.
