Learning & Development

Within the Office of Human Resources, the Learning and Development group offers training courses for managers to help them develop core management skills, helping them create a high-performing workforce in a work climate that encourages and values clarity, interaction, openness, diversity, community and results.  

The group’s wide variety of offerings for staff include a workplace skills program, Excelling at Princeton, as well as personal development classes and a management development certificate program. Visit the Learning and Development website for course offerings and schedules.
