Faculty Members

Faculty members should submit a formal letter of resignation written to the chair of their department and copied to the Dean of the Faculty. 

All Emeritus faculty members will automatically retain their university computing and email access upon their retirement.


Academic Professionals: Researchers, Specialists, and Librarians (regular and visiting ranks)

The DCU (Departmental Computer User) form should be used by academic professional retirees to request retention of University netID and e-mail.
