Xin Zou was appointed as a Chinese language lecturer in 2013. She earned her B.A. from Peking University, P. R. China in 2008 and M.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison) in 2010. She is currently a Ph.D. dissertator in Chinese literature and M.S. student in education at UW-Madison. Xin has published multiple research papers and translations in pre-modern Chinese literature, Chinese art and sinology. Prior to coming to Princeton, she taught at the Princeton in Beijing program in 2013, worked as a senior instructor for the summer intensive language program at Beloit College from 2010 to 2012, and served as a teaching assistant and instructor at UW-Madison over the past five years. In 2012, Xin was one of the ten university recipients of the Future Faculty Partner honor for demonstrated excellence in teaching awarded by the UW-Madison Teaching Academy.
