Poor receives IEEE SPS Society Award
Prof. H. Vincent Poor has been awarded the 2011 IEEE Signal Processing Society Award "for fundamental technical contributions to, and leadership in, statistical signal processing and its applications to wireless communications and related fields." The award honors outstanding technical contributions in a field within the scope of the Signal Processing Society and outstanding leadership within that field. Nominees are judged on the basis of outstanding technical contributions and leadership as evidenced by publications, patents, books, lectures. Congratulations Vince!
