Prof. Stephen Chou co-authored a paper which is now one of the most downloaded papers of all 18 Optical Society (OSA) journals. OSA focuses on the study of light - optics and photonics and brings together scientists, engineers, educators and business leaders of this field. The paper is entitled "Three-dimensional cavity nanoantenna coupled plasmonic nanodots for ultrahigh and uniform surface-enhanced Raman scattering over large area" and can be found here.
