Chou named a Fellow of AVS
Prof. Stephen Chou has been named a Fellow of American Vacuum Society (AVS) for seminal innovations in nanotechnology and nanoscience, particularly in creating new nanopatterning methods. This Fellowship recognizes AVS members who have made remarkable scientific and technical contributions in the areas of interest to AVS. The award will be presented at the Symposium in Albuquerque, New Mexico on October 20, 2010. AVS is a nonprofit organization that encourages communication, education and networking in the application of vacuum and other controlled environments to develop new technology.
