Chiang elected IEEE Fellow
The IEEE Board of Directors has elected Prof. Mung Chiang an IEEE Fellow with the following citation “for contribution to optimization of communication networks and applications to wireless networks, broadband access, and the Internet". Prof. Chiang was recently selected to receive the IEEE 2012 Kiyo Tomiyasu Award. Congratulations Mung!
