Princeton University is experimenting during the Fall semester with several courses on the coursera platform, including two from the Electrical Engineering Department: ELE475 Computer Architecture by David Wentzlaff and ELE381 Networks: Friends, Money, and Bytes by Mung Chiang. Joining the EE department this fall will be Assistant Professor David Wentzlaff. Prof. Wentzlaff obtained his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2000. After completion of his Master’s degree at MIT in 2002 he took a leave of absence to help co-found a company, Tilera, to design and produce 64-core computer chips.
