On Tuesday afternoon, October 2, 2012, at 4:30-6PM, I am hosting a seminar on patents and patenting in Friend 006. The speakers are Jeff Rosedale '86 and Aaron Rabinowitz '97 of the Woodcock-Washburn LLP firm in Philadelphia. Jeff and Aaron will discuss the requirements for an invention to be patentable and the process for obtaining a patent. They will also talk about the practical aspects of why you should seek a patent, how to use patents, and the costs involved.
