David M. Robinson '79 appointed as CEO of Endicott Biofuels
David M. Robinson will head up Endicott Biofuels, a Houston, Texas-based company founded in 2006 that specializes in the development of alternative energy sources such as biodiesel.
In a statement announcing Robinson’s appointment, the company said his twenty five years of experience in petroleum refining, chemical process development and plant operations make him especially qualified to lead Endicott.
Robinson, who holds a B.S.E. in chemical engineering from Princeton, previously served as president of Howell Hydrocarbons and Chemicals. He also held management positions at Specified Fuels and Chemicals and Haltermann.
Prior to taking the position at Endicott, Robinson served as vice president of engineering and production for Carbon Nanotechnologies/Unidym. The company produced carbon nanotubes, molecules used for research in nanotechnology, electronics and other fields of materials science.
