Mailroom

EQuad Loading Dock, Room A134

Outgoing USPS, Campus, and University Metered Mail is picked up daily from the departmental mailrooms and drop boxes (A134 & E-QUAD Cafe) daily by 8:30 a.m. for processing by Campus Print & Mail Services. More information on Metered Mail.

Incoming USPS and Campus Mail is processed daily and delivered by 10:30 a.m. to the Departmental Mailrooms.

Incoming USPS Packages from Campus Mail are processed daily and delivered by 12:00 PM to the designated Departmental Delivery Points.

Main Campus hand deliveries and pick-ups can be scheduled by contacting Enrique Guerrero, and Jaleel Thorpe.


Shipping and Receiving

EQuad Loading Dock, Room A134

Incoming deliveries from common carriers (DHL, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, UPS, McMaster-Carr, Etc.) are processed daily and delivered if available by 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to the designated departmental delivery points.

Incoming bulk deliveries including hazardous chemicals are delivered through the receiving area. Email notifications are provided upon receipt.

Outgoing packages should be presented at the receiving area prior to 9:00 a.m. to ensure dispatch daily.


Additional shipping information

All outgoing shipments under 150 lbs are processed through eShip Global.

eShipGlobal is an intuitive and easy-to-use web-based tool in the Prime Marketplace. It incorporates our contract pricing and allows savings to be realized via rate and delivery comparison shopping.

All necessary shipping documents are printed right from the tool. Your eShipGlobal account includes payment information via your University issued credit card. Charges are audited to ensure they are compliant with the service received, and reporting is available in the tool for your shipment history. Once your account is established, please discard your pre-printed airway bills and discontinue the use of your existing individual FedEx and UPS accounts.

Packages to be processed by receiving area staff must be presented by 9:00 a.m. for shipment that day.

Outgoing Shipments over 150 lbs. must be processed through your department purchasing contact as freight and scheduled for pickup. Limited space for storage of outgoing shipments is available.
