» Prior to completing the reservation request, please download and review the Friend Center Convocation Room Policy.

Please note that we cannot accept reservations more than three (3) months in advance from departments and organizations outside of the School of Engineering.

Instructions: fill out the requested information in all sections below, then press the Submit button at the bottom of the page. If the room is available, your reservation will be confirmed within two (2) business days via email.

Note: No computers are provided in the room. No loaner laptops are available, you must provide your own.

Section V: Audio Visual

20. The room is equipped with: built-in projector w/ motorized screen, CD/DVD player, podium w/ microphone and laptop/internet connection, and wireless lapel microphone. Training for use of the A/V equipment is essential. Please contact Karen Flamard at 8-7503, karen@princeton.edu, at least one week prior to your event to set up an appointment.

In Karen's absence or for additional A/V equipment rentals, please contact Media Services.
