Certificate Programs
Interdepartmental certificate programs provide students with structure and recognition for significant interdisciplinary work.
Virtually all interdepartmental certificate programs at Princeton are available to B.S.E. students. Several have an engineering character and are directed by engineering faculty members.
These include Engineering Physics, Sustainable Energy, Engineering Biology, Robotics and Intelligent Systems, Engineering and Management Systems, Architecture and Engineering, Geological Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Applications of Computing, and Applied and Computational Mathematics.
In addition, B.S.E. students routinely complete certificate programs in Finance, Environmental Studies, Musical Performance, Language and Culture, and the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
A B.S.E. student has completed almost every other certificate program offered at Princeton within the last five years. A complete list of certificate programs can be found in the Undergraduate Announcement.
