Modern Marvels: Engineering the Future
Engineers in the 21st century are involved in every academic and technical arena, turning scientific knowledge into the concerted action necessary for solving society's most pressing problems.
Topics in this lecture series on engineering the future include cryptography, sustainable energy, transportation systems, water stewardship, greenhouse gases, and the future of the internet. The series was developed by the Princeton Adult School in conjunction with School of Engineering Dean H. Vincent Poor and Princeton University's Office of Community and Regional Affairs.
These talks constituted the Princeton Adult School's Anne B. Shepherd Lecture Series for the spring of 2010.
