EWB brings clean drinking water to Andean community
The Princeton chapter of Engineers Without Borders is working to build a pipeline to bring clean drinking water to residents of La Pitajaya, a small community in the Peruvian Andes.
This video features footage EWB shot during a preliminary trip to Peru in February 2012. The group plans to implement the first phase of the new potable water system by the end of August 2012.
Featured in the video are Nicole Businelli '13, Emily Moder '13, Nihar Madhavan '15, Andres Parrado '15 and Daniel Wright, a graduate student in civil and environmental engineering.
