James is a graduate student studying international political economy in the Department of Politics. He is interested in the political economy of Chinese investment in the United States and the European Union. James holds a B.A. in International Studies - Economics from the University of California, San Diego and has been an exchange student at the National University of Singapore, National Taiwan Normal University, and the Free University of Berlin.
