The Materials Management Department is responsible for Inventory Control and Receiving in the Macmillan Building.
Materials Management Stockrooms consist of the Carpenter, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing Stockrooms, These stockrooms carry almost 4000 various maintenance, repair and safety supplies for the day-to-day operations of Facilities and other college departments.
Material withdrawn from these stockrooms must be charged to a workorder or department account number. All inventory transactions are processes through the Maximo system system and PeopleSoft. All department charges are listed in the Data Mall, through various department reports.
