Guidelines for use of University Facilities

Princeton University hosts events for the following types of groups:

  • Recognized student organizations (*see below for more detail)
  • Academic and administrative departments
  • Faculty, Staff and Alumni
  • Non-University groups that are 501-C3 Not-for-Profit and provide their Tax Exempt I.D.#  or that are officially sponsored by a University department or recognized student organization
  • In association with Athletics, we welcome official Parent and Alumni associations for gatherings surrounding sporting events

*Recognized student organizations must complete an Event Registration Form at the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students.

Graduate students should visit the Office of Graduate Student Life for more details.

Undergraduate students must complete the form from the Dean of Undergraduate Students Office in West College.  For more information click HERE.  Much of the information listed on the Graduate Student Life web-page can be very helpful to undergraduate students as well.
