This project will create a new combined servery for Butler and Wilson Colleges.  Dining room improvements and a new kitchen are also planned.  A new entry addition on Goheen Walk will give Wilcox hall a new look while providing a new stair and passenger elevator.  This new elevator, as well as new ramps, will provide barrier-free access to all floors.  Barrier-free toilet rooms will also be provided on the second floor.  Life safety improvements include upgraded fire alarm systems and extended fire suppression systems.  Much of the aging building infrastructure will also be replaced or improved as part of this project with new energy-efficient systems.

Project phases will be delivered in fall of 2007, 2008 and 2009.
