Dining Services is proud to be a sponsor of The Greening Princeton's Farmers' Market, bringing local producers to Princeton's campus in celebration of fresh, sustainable, and delicious food.

Spring, Fall, and Thanksgiving Market
The Farmers' Market takes place three times each year. For dates, times, locations and to read about participating vendors at the Farmers' Market see the Greening Princeton Website.

Cooking Demonstrations at the Farmers' Market
Each week at the Market a member of the Dining Services staff prepares one of Chef Rob's recipes using farm fresh market ingredients.  These demonstrations take place on the Firestone/Chapel Plaza at 11:30 a.m. and at 1:30 p.m.. These recipes are provided for your enjoyment.
