Faculty and Staff Housing Eligibility Priority Policy
The faculty and staff rental housing program is available to all University employees who work at least half-time.
Rental housing allocation is based on the Rental Housing Eligibility Priority Policy which gives the highest priority to teaching faculty, senior research staff, and senior administrative staff, then progresses through each subsequent category as availability allows.
