The Facilities Procurement Office acquires all design, construction, and construction-related services for new construction, renovation, and major maintenance projects initiated within the Facilities Organization by the Office of Design and Construction, the Office of Real Estate Development, Grounds and Building Maintenance, Engineering, Life Safety and Security Systems, and the Office of the University Architect.
