Event Planning Guide
The Facilities Information Center Event Planning Guide has been developed to assist you and your student organization in the logistical planing of your event. Consult the guide for practical information about reserving an event location, and acquiring services for your event; such as stage construction, electric support, caterering, fencing, set-up and clean-up services, equipment rental, grounds protection, and acquiring a tent if needed.
