The Facilities Customer Services Center located in the MacMillan building, is your point of contact for questions regarding your residence.
Maintenance Requests
Are you experiencing a maintenance related problem? Lock not working? Room too hot or too cold? Light bulb burned out? Customer service representatives will process your service requests for plumbing, heating, cooling, custodial, pest control, bicycle lock removal or furniture in your dorm.
