Freshmen Check In at Baker Rink
Class of 2013 Check In Location
Check In for freshman students is at Baker Rink. If you are arriving by car, you will enter campus via Elm Drive where University staff will direct you to park near the rink in Parking Lots # 6 and # 7.
Class of 2013 Check In Essentials
At Check In you will receive your room key, an information packet, as well as a parking hang-tag. The parking hang-tag will permit you to drive "up-campus" to off-load your belongings at your Residential College.

Early Arrival Check In Dates, Times and Locations
Only those students who meet specific criteria and receive permission for early arrival by submitting to an early arrival approval process will be granted housing prior to September 12. The early arrival check in dates, times and locations listed here apply to those students who have submitted to the early arrival approval process and were notified by their sponsor in an e-mail. These students should plan to arrive on campus during regular business hours or during the specifed hours listed here. Students who return to campus prior to the approved early arrival date or September 12 must make arrangements to stay off-campus at their own expense. On-campus housing will not be available. A list of local hotels is provided for your convenience.
