Graduating Seniors
Your vacate deadline is Wednesday, June 3, at noon.

Students Granted Interim Housing
If you are a student granted interim housing and your interim housing assignment is not your academic year room, your vacate deadline for moving from your academic year room is 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 24.

If you do not have a summer housing contract, your vacate deadline from your interim housing assignment is Wednesday, June 3, at noon.

If you have a summer housing contract and your interim housing assignment is not your summer housing assignment, your vacate deadline for your interim housing assignment is the date your summer assignment begins, June 8, 2009.

Undergraduate Students without Interim Housing Assignments
If you are a resident student who does not meet any of the criteria stated above, you are asked to vacate your room within 24 hours of your last final exam, and no later than Saturday, May 23, at noon.

If your name appears on the official exam list provided by the Registrar's Office indicating that you are one of the few students with a final exam on Saturday, May 23, you may request one extra day to vacate your room. To make this request please contact the Undergraduate Housing Office. The Housing Office will then verify your eligibility to receive this extra day with the Registrar's Office. If you meet these requirements, your vacate deadline is Sunday May 24, no later than noon.
