Vendor Registration and Evaluation

To Register
Vendors are required to register in the manner described to become a potential supplier of services to the Princeton University Facilities Organization. Your registration will result in an initial evaluation to determine if your firm has the type of skills, personnel and experience required to be successful at Princeton.
- Complete the Vendor Database-Company Profile Form
- Attach W9 Form, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate
- Attach any pertinent marketing/business development literature
- If not a U.S. Citizen attached a form 8233 or W-8 BEN
- Submit form online.
Evaluation Results
Once you have submitted the form the evaluation process will begin. You may be contacted by our staff to provide additional information. You will be notified of the results.
