Building Services
Building Services is one of just a few University departments with a presence in every building at Princeton. They perform the important tasks that allow our students and faculty to focus on academics and research. The services they provide include janitorial services, moving services, and logistical support of campus events. They manage several warehouse complexes, maintain student laundromats and campus fire extinguishers, and perform the ever present job of removing the University waste and recycling stream. Building Services’ team of workers clean nearly 10,000 square feet daily, deliver, setup and take down over 10,000,000 pieces of rental equipment each year, manage nearly 100,000 square feet of warehouse space, manage the University's surplus program, and remove over 5,000 tons of waste and recycling each year. It is their mission to perform each job with high quality and high service.
