Office of Design and Construction
The Office of Design and Construction (ODC) provides leadership and expertise to manage capital projects from design through construction and delivery phases for both new construction and renovations. They are the liaison between the University department sponsoring the project and the rest of the project team including designers, architects and builders. Other services include coordination of interior design and furniture planning.
ODC is composed of industry specialists such as architects, engineers and builders each of whom brings an important skill to University projects. In addition to leading a project team and monitoring the project’s progress many in our group bring specialized knowledge of sustainability, one of the University’s goals, and have been recognized as LEED accredited professionals (LEED AP).
