Housing and Real Estate Services
Housing and Real Estate Services provides housing facilities for most undergraduate and graduate students and for many faculty and staff. The department administers various housing application processes and monitors the use and condition of University housing facilities and furnishings with special emphasis on concern for fire and life safety and sanitation. The Department acts as an intermediary between residents and various University departments in housing matters. It oversees contract signing and income billing for housing rentals, board contracts, and college social fees. In addition, the department oversees the University Residential Purchase Plan and works closely with University faculty and staff to assist with home buying needs.
