Facilities Services for Your Event
The Facilities Organization is happy to assist you in planning for your event. We provide a number of important services. Information contained here is designed to guide you in ordering these services, providing detail of the scope of the services we provide, the cost for each service, and the method to use when requesting them.
Catering
There are several catering choices for your campus event. Catering options, special insurance requirements for outside caterers, as well as contact information is provided.

Equipment Rental/Set-Up/Clean-Up Services
Building Services administers an equipment rental program which will provide tables, chairs, podiums, etc. for your event. Custodial staff will set-up rental equipment or arrange furniture already contained at your event site to your liking. They also will provide a complete cleaning of a site as needed, once the event is over. There are fees and requirements for obtaining these services
Support Services
Grounds and Building Maintenance staff provides these important services for supporting an event on campus. Access details about each of these services, including fees. Due to the technical nature of many of these services there is a special method for requesting these services.

Planning and Consultative Services
If you are planning a complex, large, multi-day event, or a first time event your particular group may benefit from the consultative services offered by the Office of Conference and Event Services (CES). CES also acts as the liaison for appropriate non-University not-for-profit organizations and in some cases for eligible individuals hosting a private party on campus.
